RECRUITMENT AT OMEGA PARTNERS LTD.
Omega Partners are Lagos based business consulting and advisory firm,and we also provide training and outsourcing services through our partnership with two major global service providers. We currently seek result oriented candidates for the following position:

OMG 1: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – TRAINING AND OUTSOURCING SERVICES.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To build the training and outsourcing business lines and be responsible for business line revenue and profitability.
• Responsible for developing business proposals, sales calls, client presentations and lead generation needed to build awareness about the company’s services among target customer / industries and deal closing.
• Periodic business unit reports.

QUALIFICATION:
• B.Sc or HND degree in Arts, Social Sciences or Sciences with minimum of 5 years applicable experience.
• Business development experience in a reputable outsourcing company is an advantage.
• Experience in business to business sales and strong network within the target industries is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision, high energy, self driven and enthusiastic.
• Excellent writing, organizational and time management skill is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential.
• Having own car is an advantage.
